Once you get into an appointment at this Location, typically the care is good. However, every single time I am at this office I must wait a very long time to get into my appointment. This last time was the final straw. On February 18, 2026 I drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment from the north east corner of Connecticut. Leaving screenshots to show the struggle I’ve went through to get an iron infusion done since May but starting out at the Willimantic location.
