My husband has been going for treatments and infusions for 5 years. These people care for him to be sure he has everything he needs. They also make sure that I have what I need as well. They are professional & compassionate, with a positive attitude. I feel blessed to have the entire staff caring for us.

Had a bad iron infusion reaction last year and was transferred to the ER in the ambulance. After that I was given a different type of iron infusion that actually worked. For this year I had to redo my iron infusions and while reminding everyone that I had a reaction last year and preferred to do the iron infusion that worked because I was not comfortable doing another one or the previous one. Dr. Melissa O’Neil is awesome. She actually listens to me and feels empathy. The nurses and receptionists are great. I receive iron infusions and they make you feel comfy. I’ve been poked more than I would like to but they try their best. Haven’t gotten answers to what’s really going on but now I’m scheduled for a bone marrow. I can finally get some answers. Suck thing is schedule at Windham Hospital. Wish me luck!

Oncologist there only care about their patients when they’re billing them. Moving practices to find a doctor who can actually feel empathy for someone in their care
