Don't bother calling for appointment for second opinion for serious eye issue as they will only give current patients same week appointments. Receptionist nice about it - but they are unbendable with this policy. Looking to switch eye drs - but crossed him off the list because of his unwillingness to help me out. I get it, but sometimes an emergency arises before the need for an annual appt.
