I had Hartford Exteriors complete a job at my place. The workmanship they did is excellent and I am very happy with how the project turned out.
Worst experience ever. I've had a lot of indoor and outdoor remodeling done to my home and everything from different companies. Roof, windows, siding, garage door, concrete, kitchen, etc. Hartford Exteriors did my windows and is the only company that disappointed. Once you sign the contract, communication stops. When sales rep finally reaches out, she lies about everything and I would have to call her out on her lies. I would even tell her to check the texts she's sent to prove she is lying. Top Notch! Great service and installation
Formerly known as IS Windows is a scam company. Replaced our roof through insurance. Roof has been falling apart literally since day 1. The warranty they offer is useless because they don't honor it. Shingles are supposed to withstand winds of up to 100 mph but they keep falling off with 40 mph winds and these guys won't take responsibility. Please, pick a company that is honest and stands by their work. Do not go with these guys unless you feel like wasting money.
