Gave one star as giving zero stars isn’t an option. Police at the units on a weekly basis, zero communication with many tenants. If you are looking to get a place with them, ask why they have so many empty units and high turnover for the units that are rented. Garbage everywhere, just a hole. Incompetence at its finest. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother with avenue living. EDIT- I see someone from Avenue Living replied with the generic cookie cutter answer.
