You arrive and call a number that's posted on their sign. The man I spoke with was very nice and professional. I pulled up to the guard, who is also a friendly, polite young man. I docked at shipping, and was informed they couldn't load my trailer because of the floor being wet. Not their fault. The man in shipping was great. Good conversation. Even though I didn't get my load, it was a pleasure being at a place that respects drivers.
In, loaded, out in under an hour. Guard was friendly.
