I was in an accident with someone who was insured by the Hartford. My rental was paid by the hartford and my damages were repaired. The hartford was very professional and I am appreciative!

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD with an insurance company. I'm usually such a fan of insurance providers not I'm not a fan of Hartford. General lack of concern, poor communication, and delaying my medical care are my biggest complaints. It's now been 49 days and my agent, Regina Sorrell-Newton, still has not connected me with a neurologist. Seems that she's holding my progress in care as her hostage.
