The Hartford through AARP (supposedly there is a discount) there isnt. I was their customer for quite a few years, but as soon as I turned 65, I had a hell of a time getting that PIP off my auto insurance. And they put me through it every year! I had enough! Goodbye!!
So after having my surgery and dealing with critical illness, I was in the process of getting my uploads from testing and procedures, they decide to do maintenance and now I can't get back in, cleared my cache and cookies like they suggested..nothing, Uninstalled and reinstalled and still just comes to a contact us page, this is very disappointing and stressful, nobody seems to wanna help on the phone they told me it would be fixed and its on their end but its not...be patient they say, easy to say when you're not depending ... read more
The Hartford is for what insurance companies want your money not your back stay away and run to progressive insurance.
Horrible horrible company stay away from it..i purchased a policy they took my money and yet in they said they can't find the policy in the system...stay away ..they don't even open Saturday or Sunday to answer the phones if you need them..
Don’t be fooled by the 4.7 stars reviews on their website, it’s probably all made up. I was so upset by what happened to my neighbors that I felt compelled to write this review. We share a sewer line with them, it’s an old clay pipe, typical for homes on a hill like ours. When it needed repair, our kind neighbors agreed to split the cost since it’s a shared line.
