Their service is awful. They don't respond in any timely fashion. They treat you as if you caused the injury at work. I would never recommend this company to anybody or be prepared to be filing complaints with the state of Michigan just because the employer responds just as equally as the workman's comp company that they hire.
By far the worst insurance place
This company will use any excuse not to bay a claim. They take you payment without complaint,but never pay a claim. TWICE I HAD TO PAY MYSELF INTENT TO CHANGE TO USAA ASAP.
It's not worth the money from your check to be denied when you needed it. Disabled mental health nurse who is out of luck now that my body can't do the job needed to keep my patients from committing unalive. The Hartford would rather have me working and put other patients at risk or tell me I shouldn't have been trying to work anyway because I have been disabled from 12 years old.
