The Hartford charged my credit card twice for both my Homeowners and Auto policy premiums. This occurred six weeks ago as of this review. I was told they had a glitch in their system; many people were double charged and IT would have to fix the glitch before they can issue a credit. Really? They and I can see the two charges on my account. And there's no way to issue a credit to fix this? The Hartford through AARP (supposedly there is a discount) there isnt. I was their customer for quite a few years, but as soon as I turned 65, I had a hell of a time getting that PIP off my auto insurance. And they put me through it every year! I had enough! Goodbye!!
So after having my surgery and dealing with critical illness, I was in the process of getting my uploads from testing and procedures, they decide to do maintenance and now I can't get back in, cleared my cache and cookies like they suggested..nothing, Uninstalled and reinstalled and still just comes to a contact us page, this is very disappointing and stressful, nobody seems to wanna help on the phone they told me it would be fixed and its on their end but its not...be patient they say, easy to say when you're not depending ... read more
