I was sent to this practice by my own GP practice to get some bloods taken. This is usually quite a stressful thing for me to do, as I have a history of fainting at blood tests in the past, so I'm always quite anxious. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and the nurse was amazing (I'm so sorry, I didn't catch a name!). She asked me questions throughout to keep my mind busy enough to not focus on the drawing of blood, easiest and most stress free one I've had so far. Thank you!

I had a phone appointment with Dr Trivedi. What a waste of time. He ignored what I said about previous visits with doctors and now I am at square one again, months of wasted tests and treatments because this doctor couldn't be bothered to look at my notes and wants to start again. He had an aggressive tone and did not speak with respect. He was not very knowledgeable. I am concerned about his professional standard and medical ability. Avoid this man like the plague. Dr Trivedi 0.5/10 Reception staff 11/10
