I had a phone appointment with Dr Trivedi. What a waste of time. He ignored what I said about previous visits with doctors and now I am at square one again, months of wasted tests and treatments because this doctor couldn't be bothered to look at my notes and wants to start again. He had an aggressive tone and did not speak with respect. He was not very knowledgeable. I am concerned about his professional standard and medical ability. Avoid this man like the plague. Dr Trivedi 0.5/10 Reception staff 11/10
Nigh on impossible to get through on the phone to the medical centre. Takes several calls being on hold. After 3 calls and over 30 minutes on hold i was 3 answered only to be told there are no emergency appointments (which I didn't require) and no pre-bookable appointments. What's the point in being registered at this surgery? Run by McKensie Group, shocking service.
