Just bought a new mattress from here, they had a great deal going on and ended up paying almost half price. Jen spent definitely over an hour with us and was so helpful. She kept us in our price range and had us try many mattresses to get the best fit for us. We originally got a floor model but they had one come in stock so we ended up with that, with the warranty at the same price! They took the old mattress and brought the new one for 30 extra bucks. Definitely have found our new furniture store.

Great Selection and was helped by Barbara without any pressure. Listened to what we wanted and showed options and then let us decide. Ordered a special order sofa that came in early. Scheduling delivery was easy and the guys delivering were great! Thank you!
Update: I finally purchased a mattress and received excellent customer service. The process of the purchase was easy and delivery was quick. When I had an issue with the mattress it was resolved quickly and pleasantly! I visited the store looking at mattresses. Haven't purchased yet but my experience with the sales rep was very positive. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. Prices were in line with what you'd expect. On 8/24, my husband and I went in to find a couch, we picked the one we wanted and were coming back Labor Day weekend to purchase. On 8/31, my husband died. With a broken heart, I went back to get our couch 2 months later because I had a Pic of him on that couch. Jen was the one who helped us and she was the 1st to come over to me as I was bawling at the couch. She was kind and sympathetic and remembered my husband and I.
