This company falls short in so many ways it would be hard to list them all. So many companies loose customers solely based on failure to provide some level of decent customer service. This is the case with Hartel, when your paying month to month and purchasing hundreds of dollars in extra's, when an issue arises and customer service is expected they suddenly become indifferent and unaware ... sad that confuse is an excuse, then flatly belligerent and disrepectful, like the issues with those that do the pick-up. Unethical, lacks professionalism, vengeful. The behavior of the company is reprehensible and unprofessional. The attempt at a rebuttal to dr-rig's review is a piece of spam, to put it nicely. Unfriendly on the phone and questionable billing ethics. As well as the unfriendly attitude on the phone, I got a notice from a collection agency before the last bill was even due.
