My dog was a patient of theirs for 6 years. The last time I took her there, I had to wait outside due to covid rules. When they brought my dog back, they told me they ran some tests and that they'd call me back with the results. I ended up calling them myself after not hearing from them for a month. Asked about my dog's test results and was told they never even did any tests, but "We didn't charge you for any tests, either, so no biggie". I transferred over from Waverly Animal Hospital during the covid pandemic. Even with curbside appointments, Dr. Wyatt took her time going over my dogs lengthy history and was very thorough. She even remembered treating him at a previous vet I went to years ago before I moved. To know a vet could remember my dog after that length in time is pretty awesome! The staff were very patient and had great service! I’m glad I made the switch.

Been with Hartel Vet for years very much would recommend. Our dog Chase was there two weeks ago and doing so much better since treatment. Very caring staff 5 stars
