I don’t know what others have to say but I had the best experience with this specific store. I had ordered candles ($153 worth) online and had no response on where the order was or if it was being processed despite countless emails and phone calls trying to contact them. I finally called Eastland, and Catherine took upon herself to provide me with updates and a better solution. I found this incredibly helpful especially since my order was made a month ago!
Why have a phone number if you aren't going to answer
Went to collect an online order and got to the shop at 7:00PM. There was a sign saying will return soon so I went off to get dinner while I waited for someone to come back. Double checked the website and google for hours and it indicates the store shuts at 9:00PM so I decided to wait because it had taken me almost 40 minutes to travel to the store.
