So far, they have been disappointing to me. My grandmother died a week ago. They chose not to get her obituary in Sunday's State Journal, which would have been the best time (because it was too expensive? this is not the time to be cheap!). Instead, they said it should go in Tuesday's paper. It is not there. Furthermore, I saw an obituary from another paper and on their website. They have the wrong day of her death.
