Not very happy with their customer service and how long they took.
Had an issue with transmission while on a trip. They got me in right away. Very knowledgeable staff. Also noticed very communicative staff. Very professional and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs an honest professional shop. Thanks for the great service!

If you're having any issues with your vehicle outside of warranty coverage, take it to Hart Transmission immediately. Don't hesitate for a second and don't waste your time and money with a dealership service shop. Here's my story... They are absolutely brutal. Want almost 10K for a transmission service and charged 200 bucks for a diagnostic when they knew we needed a transmission. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
