They are absolutely brutal. Want almost 10K for a transmission service and charged 200 bucks for a diagnostic when they knew we needed a transmission. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
I had work done 23 months ago and paid a substantial amount for the work, but unfortunately this past month, my vehicle was again needing the work redone. The service team honored their work and replaced the part that failed thereby ensuring I had my car for Christmas. Thank you so much for your dedication to providing excellent service.
