Hart to heart is Extremely Rude,unorganized and unprofessional. They cause you to miss your appointments and don’t care about anyone’s health or concerns.They don’t allow you to speak a supervisor.I have never dealt with such a rude and incompetent Transportation company.Not to mention the outdated vehicle’s that doesn’t have air for patients with asthma especially in the summer.The workers complain about the horrible lack of communication that’s given from the office.The elderly and sick should not have to endure this .Thro... read more

Very unprofessional set of people including the supervisor. My mom had an appointment, they was an hour late picking her up. When the driver got at the residence he said he couldn't pick her up. Mind you they've been here to pick up from that same spot. Got on the phone with the supervisor, we'll the apple don't fall far from the tree. She was rude. They never show up when they supposed to.
