This transportation has to be the most unreliable people I have ever dealt with I think they do what they want cause they are have a state contract which I really think needs to be revolked until they get it together. Hart to Heart is Trash, I wouldn’t give a 1/2 of star for this that company is ignorant, and has the most unprofessional staff and employees. Thee worst horrible Private ambulance company. They insult, neglect and disrespect their employees by which violates worker rights. They bad talk their patients and has had several Cases of “DROPPING PATIENTS” I do not Recommend this company for any reason.
