Would give their billing department a zero if I could! Charged for an EKG which my husbands insurance would not pay due to the way it was coded. Disputed with Hart to Hart and Insurance. Hart to Hart would not assist with the dispute. We have met our deductible and this should not have been our responsibility. The rep was not willing to help and told Insurance and myself I would have to call the hospital and ask for a social worker. If we ever need ambulance service again will be sure the refuse care from this company.
