Not impressed that having had a service and magniclean cleaned end of last year and also a year before that i had to call a plumber as the magniclean was dripping water and turns out it wasnt clean at all estimated not been done for three years and boy did it smell
They changed our old gravity fed system to a combi bolier. Great work, in time, they were explaining every single step. They sort out very quick and efficient a couple of issues that came up as the system that we were replacing was old. Very tidy work. Definetaly will work with them again in the future! Could not recomend them more...
Had a hinged door shower enclosure replaced with a Walk-around type screen. This involved removing a radiator, replacing some tiles along with re grouting and new mastic. The job was done over a few days and during that time Paul Joe and Russell were all great, explaining all aspects of the job and working around some issues that arose once pipe work and tiles were removed. The price was as quoted and would definitely use again.
Great service from Spencer and his team
Having had work done and overcharged by £150, he bullied me into paying. He does not provide itemised bills and his hourly rate is actually "whatever he wants it to be," and not the £60 he stated. The leak came back in the area he repaired after a few months, and I had to employ a separate company to repair his poorly completed work.
