An unfortunate unprofessional experience with the management of our property. Terrible communication, difficult to contact property manager, rent increase wasn’t passed on blame was placed on Australia post. Jobs not completed when sale of the property was looming and had numerous follow ups, turns out we were in arrears for our rates which incurred further interest fees. Would not recommend!

I am a painful customer but the staff at heart rural really looked after me they were patient and they made sure that I got what I needed they probably spent more time then it was worth so I do thank you
