A Policy & Procedure for after hour emergency contact/s needs to be implemented for tenants. Locked myself out and, after leaving two voicemails and two text messages haven't heard back from Rental Manager. Weekend spent couch surfing with friends waiting till Monday for office to open 🤦♀️
An unfortunate unprofessional experience with the management of our property. Terrible communication, difficult to contact property manager, rent increase wasn’t passed on blame was placed on Australia post. Jobs not completed when sale of the property was looming and had numerous follow ups, turns out we were in arrears for our rates which incurred further interest fees. Would not recommend!
