I am so grateful to have found Mary! With 2 painful herniated disks in my thoracic spine, I did not want surgery. With Mary's whole body approach and exercises, I am learning new ways of moving and being in my body (a re-education), the pain is gone, and I feel stronger!
Mary is kind and patient, listens to your concerns and explains her plan of approach to your pain. I had been to the local big operation PT groups and I was miserable.
