I purchased a vehicle there about 10 months ago and I have already taking it back 5 times for repairs. The car is not working good. Last time I took it, they were in the process of transition so no loaner was available, I was without a vehicle for a week. Then in the middle of the repair, they sent everyone home so my car was stuck there. They told me it was fixed but the engine light came back on two days later. Normally i go and see my girl Aoki- who is amazing!! but she was off on the day my car was serviced so thats when i met Rebekkah. And she exceeded my expectations. She took care of me from day 1. Making sure my car was serviced in a timely manner and keeping wonderful consistent communication open, so i was aware step by step.
