Like the house but there are a lot of issues with the house. Been 7 months and still no warranty work done. Disappointed

I have dealt with Richard for a while now and it's taken longer than we expected to get our construction permits in place through regional district, and he has not complained once about all the questions we had or the multiple requests we had to do to fit regionals standards. Great team.
