Always manage to get appointments very good nurses and doctors receptionist good too 😄
As most will probably have experienced if going here, the majority of the reception staff at the practice are rude and the manager at practice is also no help and rude herself. Telephone system makes it impossible to get appointments. I was called in for a cancellation for a test I've been on the waiting list months for, drs never checked if I was suitable so came to practice to find i couldn't have the test because of tablets the drs had prescribed and they asked me where I had got these tablets from yet they were the ones ... read more
Been at this drs my whole life, the staff are all lovely, however the process of only being able to ring for an appointment is crazy, the lines are so busy you cant even connect at 8am, and after even 30 seconds to connect your always in a queue above 30 until after 8:30, very stressful when the appointments are for children or elderly parents, or when you need to be at work early and cant wait for 40 mins to get through to be told theres no appointments. i understand most surgerys only let you call on the day, however not b... read more
