This is the most inconsistent company I have ever had to do business with. Every time I have to reorder my insulin pump supplies, it's a HUGE hassle. They send me 3 months worth of supplies at a time. I was told, that a representative would contact be near the end of that 3 month period to check and see if I wanted to place another order. Maybe 2 times has anyone called to ask if I needed an order placed. Ken was great with helping with CPAP. But the front desk was horrible. I wanted to ask a simple question and was told to sit down I have to go in order. A simple question. I was not trying to be seen 1st or anything. Ken though was a great help.
