Customer service and communication do not exist to this company. RUN, don't walk and find someone professional to deal with. After having my CPAP unit for 18 months, I placed a supplies order only to receive an email stating I suddenly had to pay in advance. This was due to my new insurance, and a higher out of pocket amount. I discussed the situation with their phone support, and was explicitly told that they would provide an invoice through the online portal, so I could pay like I normally do. This never happened. Their customer service is really bad. They do not return phone calls or texts. I have a billing statement that does NOT show payments made and a rebilling of the same. When on the phone the billing agent consistently repeated herself about BCBS coverage and EOB's, she did not give me a chance to ask about the prior payments. When I asked about speaking to a manager, she put me on hold for over 15 minutes and would not answer repeated calling or texting or returning my phone calls and VM left on their device. ** UPDATE -- Now they don't have access to all of my supplies and they are still waiting on my insurance to approve it. My insurance called me yesterday and told me they just spoke with Hart Med and told me they approved everything. ** Worst medical supply company ever! There is way to much going on here to tell it all. My doctor sent them a script a month ago. They told me a few days later, after they finally answered the phone, that someone would call me back that day to confirm my supplies were on the way. Never happened.... read more
