My CPAP machine Resmed 11 overheats and cracks the water chamber. I sent the machine back only to get a loaner that does the same thing. It took 2 days to get the loaner which means that I had to sleep without a machine for those 2 days. When I don't have my machine it causes problems with my heart(on top of my existing heart problem)and I have pounding headaches and fatigue. Called my local hart medical to order supplies. Get transferred over to supply department told less the 7 minutes waited 15 whole minutes from when I was told less than 7 and never got anyone. Called back to my local store told them what happened and they ordered supplies for me.

Customer service and communication do not exist to this company. RUN, don't walk and find someone professional to deal with. After having my CPAP unit for 18 months, I placed a supplies order only to receive an email stating I suddenly had to pay in advance. This was due to my new insurance, and a higher out of pocket amount. I discussed the situation with their phone support, and was explicitly told that they would provide an invoice through the online portal, so I could pay like I normally do. This never happened. Their customer service is really bad. They do not return phone calls or texts. I have a billing statement that does NOT show payments made and a rebilling of the same. When on the phone the billing agent consistently repeated herself about BCBS coverage and EOB's, she did not give me a chance to ask about the prior payments. When I asked about speaking to a manager, she put me on hold for over 15 minutes and would not answer repeated calling or texting or returning my phone calls and VM left on their device.
