** UPDATE -- Now they don't have access to all of my supplies and they are still waiting on my insurance to approve it. My insurance called me yesterday and told me they just spoke with Hart Med and told me they approved everything. ** Worst medical supply company ever! There is way to much going on here to tell it all. My doctor sent them a script a month ago. They told me a few days later, after they finally answered the phone, that someone would call me back that day to confirm my supplies were on the way. Never happened.... read more
Ditched this nightmare company years ago and still get bugged to purchase. Delete me! Called again and again to be deleted.
Trying to get billing info updated because they are charging wrong amount. I’ve been told for at least two months they will call me back. Nobody has returned the calls. Rude rude rude
Awful, Awful, Awful! Predatory business practices that PREY on seniors. I was threatened by their billing rep and hung up on after she refused to allow me to schedule a pick up to return their equipment. Absolutley horrible that they are allowed to treat patients in this fashion. I will be calling the State AG office to file a formal complaint.
