The absolute worst customer service ever!!!! You can never call them and talk to a live agent. You always have to leave a message and they may call you back!!! If you have call block on you phone, they always call back on an unrecognizable number and it get blocked! One agent even told me if I didn’t like the service to go somewhere else!!! Most unprofessional people I’ve ever delt with. Good luck getting anything done with them!

I had a medical issue just before Christmas 2025 and was hospitalized. When I was discharged I needed to have an oxygen concentrator delivered by Hart Medical. They dropped off a filthy and extremely loud old piece of equipment that smelled like it was previously at a hoarders house. A few days later I was hospitalized again.
