Trying to call for a repair or replacement of a broken wheelchair. The first time I was on the phone with Heart Medical Equipment I was on hold a minimum of 45 minutes. I wasn’t able to receive good service or answers so I called back and i have been on hold for a little over 10 minutes while I write this review. It is very frustrating because I have a Dyalisis Appointment tomorrow and a broken wheelchair. So I’m not a happy customer right now
They double charge and customer service won't even let you finish asking your question. No customer service. The only one available for smaller towns. They do not care about your needs Update: I have to prove that we purchased items and we have to pay 100$ to get the proof. Bcz they have to look it up and hand write the itemized statement. I asked you don't keep it on a computer in this day and age? And don't ask a question Noone knows and your on hold, while they find out
Received package of sleep apnea supplies wrong size and way too many clearly inappropriate items. I have a suspense date. You have opportunity to bring correction to this foul situation...or not. My hideous customer service suggests that I must seek justice until I succeed for sake of myself and other innocent parties. No return phone calls. Had a script. For a POC . First they told me I had a outstanding balance. No problem got bill the week before. Paid bill then told I would be put on wait list. 6 10 weeks! Then I was told had to be tested by them. Very rude people
