Received package of sleep apnea supplies wrong size and way too many clearly inappropriate items. I have a suspense date. You have opportunity to bring correction to this foul situation...or not. They double charge and customer service won't even let you finish asking your question. No customer service. The only one available for smaller towns. They do not care about your needs
No return phone calls. Had a script. For a POC . First they told me I had a outstanding balance. No problem got bill the week before. Paid bill then told I would be put on wait list. 6 10 weeks! Then I was told had to be tested by them. Very rude people
No one ever answers the phone or calls back right away.
Benny A was super knowledgeable about the CPap machine I picked up today. He really took his time explaining how to operate it because it’s an upgrade from the one I had years ago. I’m so impressed by how much knowledge he has I wish when I was using a different medical supply company years ago that they went through step by step like Benny A. did and he also made sure I knew how to operate it by having me demonstrate how to use it before I left. Great Job!!!
