I called here several times to get my C-Pap machine and they kept saying they needed more documentation so my office sent what they needed no response what so ever this was a month ago so I switched to Binson! And at heart medical you wait on the phone forever for someone to answer!
*UPDATE*. After I went to bed last night someone for Hart Medical called (Assuming after I left the review). Someone also called first thing this morning. They did send someone out to oxygen the concentrator. I am very happy to be able to breath again. Thank you Hart Medical. Changing my stats from 3 to 5 for quick response. Normally don't have any problems when calling that is why I'm leaving 3 stars. However, my oxygen concentrator went quit working tonight. The place is over priced and they have poor service. Try any other medical supply store. Shop around first.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from them they’ve repeatedly incorrectly sent me the wrong cpap equipment and then when I call to correct it no ones knows whats going on. Billing my insurance for the wrong items and its caused a whole bunch of frustration. This is the last time I will order anything from them.
