Benny was very helpful and made a stressful medical issue a lot easier to deal with due to his relaxed and entertaining demeanor. But aside from that, this was the worst experience I've had in quite a while. Incompetence around every corner when it comes to getting supplies and customer service. Binsons is probably just as bad, but worth a try I guess.
Art thoroughly explained the set-up, usage, and cleaning of the CPAP system. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident to implement the system at home. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.
Benny was a great instructor and kept the class engaged throughout the session.
