From the very beginning, when I was stressing out thinking I’d have to stay another night in the hospital, Hart came through in record time! I got to go home where the representative met me to bring more equipment. The representative was super kind, patient, and helpful explaining how to use the equipment. Terrible service! I should have listened to my Doctor’s recommendation. I called the toll-free number yesterday because the MyAir App wasn’t getting readings Tuesday and Wednesday night. When I called the toll-free number, I was informed that I won $100 gift certificate for shopping. That’s Great, except for I was switched to some marketing company and never could get back to Hart medical supply. I called Hart again and was told I better just leave my number and wait for a call back in about 10 minutes as I was the first one... read more
