Amazing staff very quick, efficient, helpful, and friendly
The doctor ordered wrist braces. Hart contacted me to say they had received the order and it was available for pick up in Cheboygan. I inquired about cost and was told everything was covered. I picked up the braces, was given the product and an invoice with $0.00 balance due. Several weeks later I started receiving calls about a bill. I explained this on a return phone call to a very rude person with a children's program on so loud in the background it was difficult to understand her. She accused me of interrupting her.
