Whoever the recruiter named Bruce is. He is HIGHLY unprofessional and LACKS transparency. I do not care for employers who CONSTANTLY shortchange more than QUALIFIED applicants!

I was scheduled for surgery and was going to need a knee scooter. I called Hart Medical 6 times leaving a message to call me. Theses calls were made 4-6 weeks prior to my surgery date. The day 2-3 days after my surgery they called to tell me they had a knee walker for me....too late I had to pay out of pocket. After my surgery my doctor ordered a walking boot....Hart Medical at HF WB doesn't carry them and wants me to go to Columbus Center.....I don't think so bye bye HF I will continue my care through Ascension.

I started at this location then got lost in corporate narnia and for ten years now not a single cpap result has gone smoothly this time when I called to find out what’s going on instead of receiving a phone call back I got sent supplies against my permission that weren’t even the correct supplies was never told a package was coming their lucky it didn’t get stolen can’t tell me if I owe them or if it was run through my insurance STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Let me start by saying THANK YOU. I have always gotten my cpap supplies on time. I really appreciate the reorder reminder that I get when time for new ones.have gotten other equipment,I rate you 10 star but there's only 5 I can submit.
