Options for no stars not offered. So I give them no stars. Always get recording. Never a person Or they just don't answer. Made an appointment. Drove out of my comfort zone 17 miles. Went in building. No one was there. The appointment setter was nowhere to be found. No one knew nothing. Some walked in another direction as I approached. Not hearing . Or choosing not to hear. I found another med supply that were true carbon elements. Yours is a sad commentary for a business dealing with the patients who are Sick or in pain. So... read more

I tried to contact them by phone and left numerous messages. No one ever answered or called me back. When i stopped in, the two ladies told me they don’t answer the phone or messages because they don’t have time. I have left messages with the manager, no call back. Poorly run company.

It has taken two months with several phone calls to get an order placed and filled. First order was placed online with updated insurance information attached, then randomly cancelled two weeks later. I called to place the order and again provided my health insurance information over the phone, confirmed order placed, we went through the parts and sizes together. Hart Medical rep over the phone told me the order would arrive 7-10 days. Another two weeks go by, and I call to check on the order, the system sees the original ord... read more
