My doctor sent in a prescription for my supplies on May 18th. I ordered them and was told I would information as to when it was sent. Well the first time I called 10 days later I was told my script expired in November 2025. My question to them was how can that be if I just ordered. Was told a supervisor would call. Still no call. Overall, I had a positive experience with Hart Medical in West Bloomfield. It was easier to complete my purchase using their online system. I created my account, spoke with insurance to find what would be approved, had my physician send in a script, then placed my order online. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they never answered the phone or returned voicemail messages. They did ship my item faster than Amazon though.
Service was prompt. Medical raptors was delivered to me prior to hospital discharge. Rep setup walker for me and explained how to complete any future adjustments
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told I was not worth their time because they knew my medical equipment would be denied. After speaking with my insurance company, I have a right to appeal the decision but that cannot happen without them being told I was prescribed the equipment. I was told by the woman I spoke with that I am a waste of their time. Which really makes you feel good, while also dealing with a brand new, life altering medical diagnosis. annoying and unprofessional! nobody answers the phone or gives a return call if you leave a voicemail. there's a million reviews that say the same thing, you think they'd learn something and answer the damn phone
