The Hart representative that spoke to me after my laminectomy was professional, kind and very helpful. After speaking for a few minutes, it was decided that I should take a walker home with me since I wasn’t totally steady on my feet yet. Very glad I took my Hart representative’s advice.
I had a very positive experience at Hart Medical at Henry Ford West Bloomfield. The person who helped me, Jack, made all the difference in the world. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and able to explain things very clearly to me. Most of all, he was very sociable and patient. I would highly recommend this place if all the employees were as qualified as Jack.
My doctor sent in a prescription for my supplies on May 18th. I ordered them and was told I would information as to when it was sent. Well the first time I called 10 days later I was told my script expired in November 2025. My question to them was how can that be if I just ordered. Was told a supervisor would call. Still no call.
