My boyfriend called and left a message looking for a wheelchair for my knee surgery, 6 months ago. I just had my second knee surgery and we're STILL waiting on that call back.......... Would have been nice to have a wheelchair right now, but even better is professional customer service.
I have tried to get a new CPAP machine for one week. They don’t answer the phone and say they will call in 48 hrs. This has been going on for a week. A loop with no machine. The office doesn’t pick up either.
Usually a helpful experience, I’m in town for a week and then returning to Florida, need supplies and my Cpap machine is making a high pitch noise, could not meet with person because there is no appointment times. What to do, maybe an overbook or put on a cancellation list. Nope. Guess I will have to change supplier. Not to happy, but at 76 I understand.
