DO NOT BELIEVE THE 4.7 STAR!! Check out Yelp or others rather than their own site! They are Bogus!! This company is downright awful. Terrible terrible Customer Service. Have been waiting over a month for a portable Oxygen concentrator And each time that I call to find out the status, they claim that they are still waiting for our Doctor to send over a second prescription with the amount of oxygen that she needs. I am very frustrated with this company. Originally went into a store to get a breast pump. They only had one available and couldn’t tell me the prices of any of the others I could order. So, I decided to place my order online, which was a huge mistake. It has been 1 month since placing my order and I still don’t have my pump. I reached out to them 8 days after originally placing my order and they told me they didn’t have my right insurance information. Once they got that, I still didn’t receive any updates. My son and I went to the location inside McLaren Hospital to pick up a nebulizer ordered by his PCP. There were 2 woman in the dimmelly light office. I handed the prescription to one lady and she informed me that I needed the PCP. notes. Took the script back and she said rather rudely REALLY Went to PCP office and explained we need a copy of the office notes. She said the notes were faxed with the script.
