My son and I went to the location inside McLaren Hospital to pick up a nebulizer ordered by his PCP. There were 2 woman in the dimmelly light office. I handed the prescription to one lady and she informed me that I needed the PCP. notes. Took the script back and she said rather rudely REALLY Went to PCP office and explained we need a copy of the office notes. She said the notes were faxed with the script. Very incompetent , Rude and do not know how to deal with Medicare and secondary insurance. I went to Sheldon Medical and was treated with respect and prompt service. I had a score of 4.5 and was told Medicare would not pay for My CPAP. Sheldon Medical equipment informed me that the 4.5 is an average over an eight hour sleep. Therefore Medicare allows you to round up, so SHELTON rounded up to five and I’m not having any issues at all. Heart MEDICAL took three weeks And could not Get it approved. SHELTON did it in one day.
