Beyond po’d! “Formerly known as NW Ohio Medical Equipment” though I am suspicious that they are one & the same company. Third name in I bet18-24 months. Literally a worldwide recall on a bi-pap (see Philips Dreamstation) and not one phone call or letter from them about this! We found out about the recall purely by a fluke and there’s been no effort by them to follow up with us or the prescribing physician as to next steps. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I tried to transfer my order to this company for my cpap supplies and never received supplies after almost 2 months of making over 6 calls to the office, 1visit to their office. Twice I was told they didn't have any order only for them to find it after my persistence.

So happy a pharmacy in Perrysburg suggested them! I needed to rent a knee scooter! I rented from them it was set up for my size and in great shape and very clean which is important to me!
