Recently it has come to my attention that an employee (I’ll keep her name out of it but she’s well aware of who she is) violated my rights and hippa violations by giving my medical details, equipment, address, etc. to her boyfriend in prison. I am dealing with the company one on one, however have an attorney because of the hippa violations she had committed. Don’t assume your information is protected because clearly it is not.

The staff are friendly & try to be helpful, however, it appears that they are not properly trained when it comes to medical equipment that has to fit the patient properly. After pulling out several braces that were not the right size I suggested they measure for the correct size. The measurement was clearly not done correctly. I left without the brace. I don't blame the employee for not knowing her job, I blame the owner or manager for not properly training staff.

My father-in-law has a CDL and needed a download of his CPAP device in order to stay on the road. The original company that supplied his machine is out-of-business, so he was stuck. Hart helped him download his machine and he walked out of their office with a print out and he is able to work. They didn't have to do that, but they helped him immediately. They certainly won over him and he has found a new company to work with. Thank you, Hart for taking such great care of him!
