After having my sleep study at the end of January, I finally got my Cpap machine on April 16th. It's been a week, the first couple of nites were getting used to the mask. I had a hard time breathing normal. Last night, the machine was saying it had a good mask seal, but kept shutting off. My husband said the air was blowing so hard he had to go sleep in another room
Received fast and friendly service. Equipment was delivered in a timely manner. They answered all my questions and gave me instructions on how to operate the equipment.
My experience with Hart Medical Supply was not positive from the beginning. Hart was urged to contact me at my request, because a month had gone by before they did. I couldn't get my CPAP to work on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, so I called for help and they haven't called me back and today's date is Wednesday 25, 2026. Prior to the 18th I was sent a survey from Hart Medical on February 15, 2026 which I answered truthfully. Initially, the office greeters did not seem too inviting. Without looking up, she asked my name and immediately asked if I was ready to pay, before I even talked to anyone. She did become more friendly and welcoming as I chatted with her. The Respiratory Therapist was great and informative.
