Customer service on the phone is the worst. I asked them if they had supplies in stock and they had no idea. I worked on getting CPAP supplies and they lied to me for a week saying they took my insurance plan only for them to wait until after I filled a prescription at one of their locations to tell me that they actually don’t take my insurance and that I need to pay out of pocket for the things I got. What an amazing experience dealing with Elliya today on the phone. She listened to my need, demonstrated an understanding of the urgency of that need and went about solving this need extremely quick. Her understanding of my situation which is dire when you are a paraplegic was fantastic. She took ownership of the issue, and resolved it quickly by going above and beyond in my opinion.
