I received a CPAP machine from Hart Medical. I was told my insurance would cover it. After struggling with it for a month, I discovered that my insurance wouldn’t cover the cost. I boxed it up and returned it to Hart Medical. They took out all the hoses, and everything that was rubber and returned it to me, saying that these items could no longer be used. Now, a month later they send me a bill for $200.00 saying that they cannot take it back, as it had developed a strong peppermint smell, and they want me to pay the balance.... read more
They never answer the phone. Gas too high to be coming for no reason
Great experience
Stopped in to pick up equipment for my toddler. They desk ladies were all very friendly. I asked some questions about myself regarding insurance coverage for equipment. Not only was she happy to help, she printed and highlighted information for me. Thank you !!
