The walker is working great and he guy who delivers it was fantastic
I'm thoroughly disappointed because of all the years that we have been with Henry Ford they always send things to Hart. No one ever answers the phone. It's a toss up if they call you back so you have to go into the office just for them to tell you they may not have it, it's not ready or whatever. They just need to do better. To be contacted with Henry Ford, they need to Have somebody actually answer the phone. That's just good business.
Great customer service and the respiratory therapist I saw was knowledgeable and patient.
They never answer their phone I can't believe it!!!
