HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I have been trying since January 16, 2025 to get my CPAP supplies from Hart Medical Supply in Bowling Green, Ohio. As of today, March 3, 2025, I still do not have them. Not only did they not answer their phone for almost 2 weeks, but they didn’t return any of my calls from messages l left. Then, after 5 weeks of my calling them, they FINALLY sent supplies ~ to the wrong address!!!!!!!!! Just spent an hour and 43 minutes on their customer service text line. I had to repeat the same information three times. Most of the time was dead time. Horrible service!
