Just spent an hour and 43 minutes on their customer service text line. I had to repeat the same information three times. Most of the time was dead time. Horrible service!

Called and the lady was so rude. Explained to her that I cannot walk and she goes come in face to face. I can't help you on the phone. Well if I'm not supposed to walk on my foot how am I supposed to come in there and do all this when I have it and can do it over the phone. So rude..... No wonder you have so many poor reviews.

I've had so many billing issues with this company. They have repeatedly sent claims to the wrong places resulting in me getting billed huge amounts and requiring hours of my time on hold and on speaking to them, the health insurance company, and the claims company. I really wish there was another option for medical equipment/CPAP supplies in Northwest Ohio.

I'M STILL WAITING TO GET MY SUPPLIES OR HEAR FROM THEM!About 4 weeks ago, I went into this company's BG office to fill a durable medical script. They didn't like the date on my script and said they would contact my provider for an updated one. They told me they would contact me if there was a problem. I reminded them that my insurance provider pays 100% for durable equipment. This was because a year ago when I needed the same supplies.
