The first thing you notice is how much Brandon and Jesse hustle the entire time they are working. They get after it and never stop. Very appreciative of Brandon’s communication style and how clearly he explained the excavation and water leakage repair plan. Unprofessional company. Took days to even get a call back just for the owner of this small company he says to not even service my area because it’s too far. Couldn’t imagine having a business and telling a paying customer sorry your house is 25 minutes from our location and we can’t help. This guy came highly recommended and honestly not impressed. Brandon looked at our situation and made a recommendation for treatment, detailing the work they would do. The job proceeded quickly to completion, with the work done as per the plan. They got in, worked steadily and efficiently, and cleaned up the site afterwards. Throughout they answered questions and showed concern that the work was neat, complete and professional. We would definitely hire them again.
Heart is where you go when you need things done the right way or you feel you don't know where to start. Our basement had two failing walls requiring total replacement that were caving in and three others requiring waterproofing repairs of a previous contractors “fixes”.
