Worst attorney in town Would not recommend him for anything. Absolutely the worst attorney there is. Hired him for some charges and he didn't even look at the evidence. He said he knew it wouldn't go over $1500. Ended up having to pay him an extra $600. Never received a detailed bill for extra expenses. Called multiple times regarding it and they can't get the system fixed. Never called to have communication sent letters and email to raise the bill. If your looking for an attorney look somewhere else.
Single Mom Mr. Hart was great in the beginning. BUT as soon as things began to get deeper into my case and fees started to increase, he stopped responding to my questions. I email the office several times and do not receive a reply. I am in the middle of a custody case and something that seemed very simple in the beginning has become more complicated and it seems I no longer have an attorney in my corner on my side until my bill is at a zero balance that is. Just doesn't seem fair at all.

Use ANY other attorney! If I could, I would give no stars! Stephen Hart, in my opinion, is a typical 'lawyer'. He did not address all of the options that I had for my divorce, but instead played a cat and mouse game with my exes lawyers. He was accepting my payments on the account and then as soon as my divorce was final, he sent me a letter saying if I did not pay the remainder of my account within 10 days he was suing me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NON CARING ATTORNEY..... DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY.. HART IS RIGHT.. HE HAS NO HEART.. HE WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY, TAKE HIS TIME, AND YOU COME OUT JUST AS BAD AS WHEN YOU BEGIN. VERY EXPENSIVE, AND HE WILL SUE YOU TOO, JUST DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANY INDIVIUAL JUST HIS MONEY.
