While we had a great purchasing experience with our sales man Mike and Anthony, our experience with Burt Watson quickly turned south when dealing with the service department. After having our vehicle for one week we discovered a massive oil leak. We took it in for repair which the service department had for 3 weeks. First time back here since Burt Watson bought the place. Ben and Bruce took care of my needs in service. No issues. Thank you and I will be back when I need more work done.
It took a while to finally get the Yukon, but we picked it up last night and everything went real smooth and quick. Talk to Mike. He's a great guy.
