From the very start Hannon (Service) truly listened to this customer. Very sincere and understanding. Told him of my problem and he recommended a service visit. Which I did with Gabby (Service) the same day. Gabby was very nice and explained everything in detail. In a way you could understand. No high pressure tactics or this needs to be done now.
