Very disappointing. Ordered the premium version of Bright Star described as a "wispy white and green basket featuring silver dollar eucalyptus and white iris." The website photo (first photo) features the white iris blooms with white roses, along with other white floral items and greenery. Hart also represents that if it cannot duplicate the arrangement exactly and substitute blooms may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Amanda and her team are wonderful! Hart Florals did my wedding flowers on June 21, and working with Amanda was a dream! She did my entire Arbor, aisle, steps, inside stage, tables, bouquets, and corsages,I side Arbor, boutonniers, and more! She was the easiest person to work with. Lovely shop. Came through at the last minute for a birthday delivery, and the arrangement they designed was beautiful.
Drove all the way there to find an empty garage type place. Saw the sign but didn't feel comfortable getting out of the car. There was a kid running around barefoot and I wasn't sure if they were even open
