Receptionist called and cancelled my appointments and stated we'll be closed find a new doctor. My family has seen this doctor for over 25 years. I'm beyond upset over this shabby treatment. Not worthy of even one star. No referral! No nothing!!!
Receptionist is completely unprofessional and incompetent. My mind is blown. I will be changing primary care provider immediately. I always liked Dr Hart but his staff is the worst of the worst and is bringing him down. I have Covid right now and asked for the antiviral medication and his receptionist said there was no such thing with the rudest tone and attitude. More interested in money than good care. Nurse is inept and inefficient. Reception is cold and flat.
Horrible Horrible Horrible! Dr. Hart talked me into taking a test when I was there and said it would be covered by my insurance. He told me that all I had to worry about was taking the test and he would take care of the rest. 3 months later I receive a bill for over $600. When I called Dr. Hart's office he would not return my call and told the office lady that there is just nothing he could do. Horrible service. I would not recommend. Dr. Hart was recommended by a friend after I expressed complete disappointment in quality of service by two other practices I had been to. I found the office to be small enough that you are always taken care of quickly and as though you are the only patient they have. My whole family (5) has all seen Dr. Hart over the last year for a variety of minor needs and we all love him and the staff!
