Dont work herethey will fire you on your first day if “you have too much scrap” and “i was sloppy” nobody there told me about scrap or anything and i wasnt sloppy because the guy who was training me said i was doing good so yea doesnt make sense to me. The supervisor that wears lab coat or whatever has no emotion just seems pissed off all the time. Bad vibes all around
This company is severly outdated. Nice and dedicsted workers but there us No music and No minimum pay standard. most longtime workers get paid less than new workers. Company owner is more worried about his fancy cars that he keeps in a seperate facility on the property
Great management from supervisors to vp and owner is a great guy. Great opportunity to learn about manufacturing and learn from seasoned coworkers.
