Dr Hart is extremely educated and persistent in attaining further knowledge of how to best help her clients no matter what stage they’re in. I have never had a therapist before who really dug in with everything they have to help me have the tools I need to work through things that have held me stuck, depressed and anxious about.
Dr. Hart is so down to earth and so caring and good at her job. She has a very calming presence and works with her clients at their pace without indulging in/or relying on new age-y or pop pych gimmicks. She has been an unmeasurable help to our family. Highly, highly, recommend!
