Update: my hair has gotten worse in colour .... very disappointing.... what are the policies to getting my money back ? Everyone was nice and friendly. But i got my hair pretty messed up with the colour. If you have dark black hair and want have blonde in it do not go here, unless you want to go through a process with getting the blonde you want. They dont use harsh chemical which means you won't get the colour you want if you have dark hair.unless you go through a process, which would take a couple appointment. I've gotten ... read more
