Jeremiah is an absolute professional and has handled my long-standing neck and shoulder pain as such. After starting semi-private trainings with Lauren, I can see amazing results. I’m not someone who was ever a “gym girlie,” but I can say that I look forward to my workouts at Hart Athletics! Lauren is so knowledgeable, the gym is pristine, and they even offer massage! I feel energied, stronger, and I’ve never been so toned. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!
Great experience working with these ladies! Shera & Lauren have been great encouraging me along. Shera does an awesome job of walking me through the movements and ensuring I’m doing them safely! They take the time to listen and explain!
Clean relaxing atmosphere. Jeremiah knows which muscles need attention. He explains where and why he targets these areas.
