Very personable employees, they were fast, efficient, and very quick.
Mr. Hart has been incredible. He made the process of guardianship for our adult disabled son as easy and painless as possible. He was very thorough and answered the numerous questions we had throughout. Guardianship and the intricacies that come with it are definitely his pièce de résistance. His staff is also amazing-Brooke in particular has been an absolute angel. She fielded multiple calls with my random questions and was always so pleasant and informative. Ross Hart has got to be one of the worst lawyers I've ever come across. It was like he didn't want to help me or fight for me he kept prolonging my dad's estate I guess so he could keep adding his fees up he is a crook in my opinion I would not use this law firm.
I went in with some serious questions. Me Hart went down a rabbit trail and I didn't get my questions answered. I tried to bring him back on track a couple times. I had a friend with me that saw the same as I did. I paid a lot of money for a consultation and I didn't get the answers that I went there for. Personally I feel a bit taken and ripped off on this one.
