The jobs are awkward, you work alone at crowded bars that don't even know what you're doing. Managers at the bars look at you funny when you tell them you're with the hart agency. They only hire basic white girls so good luck if you're not one. Condescending and rude interviews. The people who work here need to be humbled... your agency SUCKS.
