My cryotherapy treatment worked wonders on my knee . I highly recommend it.
I am a male in my late 20's and have been working out at Hart 4 Heart 2 - 3 days per week over the last 2 years. I have been in a few motor vehicle accidents that left me in chronic pain for the last few years. Kyle introduced me to cryotherapy and I haven’t looked back. I can finally turn my head and move throughout the day without little to no pain. I can’t thank Kyle and Hart 4 Heart enough!!
