Dr. Harshpal Singh is an excellent neurosurgeon who has given me a new lease of life. Due to an accident last year, I had very bad disc herniations in my cervical spine which were pressing my nerves. I had severe pain in my neck, shoulders and had nerve pain running in my hands.
